Propolis is a resinous substance that bees collect from the buds and bark of plants. It is a complex substance of plant origin which is reworked with the addition of wax, pollen and enzymes by the bees themselves. It is composed of many different substances, mainly resins, waxes, fatty acids, essential oils, organic compounds and minerals. Recommendations for use
We recommend taking 1 spray (0.15 ml) one to ten times per day at any time (spray by holding the bottle very close to your mouth). 10 sprays (1.5 ml) contain 150 mg of propolis, 30 mg of peppermint and 0.15 mg of savory.
