We recommend taking 10ml diluted in water, once or twice per day at any time (10 to 20 ml per day). If desired, the daily dose can be diluted in a bottle of water to be consumed throughout the day. Recommended approximately 30 minutes before meals. Shake before using . Graduated measuring cup included in the package. Keep the product out of the refrigerator even after opening.

The extraction of the plants carried out by us in the company is carried out under vacuum and at a low temperature to preserve all the active and nutritional ingredients intact, i.e. the phytocomplex .
