Synergies
It is a hormonal substance secreted by the pineal gland which is found naturally in many foods such as fresh milk, tomatoes, bananas, etc. and is necessary to regulate the sleep-wake rhythm. Many sleep disorders are linked to a reduced activity of the pineal gland which produces little melatonin. Taking melatonin makes up for this deficiency.
Melatonin: It is a molecule physiologically released by our brain, in relation to light: darkness stimulates its release while light inhibits it. In some cases it may be necessary to supplement it, for example when you need to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep or to alleviate the effects of jet lag.Recommended dose and method of use
We recommend taking 1 tablet per day.
