Coco VITD is a high concentration and bioavailability supplement of vitamin D based on the active component cholecalciferol (vitamin D3) in MCT oil, medium chain fatty acids extracted from coconut oil.
The product is indicated for the prevention and integration in case of vitamin D deficiency and in all related pathological conditions.
Vitamin D3 is a fat-soluble vitamin: its assimilation is high only if taken together with "adequate" fats. The medium chain fatty acids (MCT) , present in high quantities in coconut oil, allow much faster absorption compared to long chain fatty acids (LCT), present in high quantities in olive oil, which differently must undergo a slow digestion process before being absorbed.
This significantly improves the bioavailability of vitamin D in the body, allowing you to reach 2000 IU with the intake of just one drop of product.
Composition. Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) with high concentration and bioavailability; MCT oil (Caprylic Acid 58% - Capric Acid 42%) extracted from coconut oil.
