The gluconates, zinc, iron, potassium (present in the formulation of POTAMAG) are, among the forms of mineral salts, one of the most used and for a long time, an indication of safety of use and effectiveness. Gluconic acid and gluconates are very present in nature since these compounds originate from the oxidation of glucose.
Gluconic acid occurs naturally in fruit, honey and wine.
For the composition of POTAMAG we chose potassium gluconate and magnesium citrate because with two different salts competition in absorption is avoided and both are absorbed better
