WHEN TO USE IT
Omega 3 contributes to normal heart function. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA.
HOW TO USE IT
1-2 mini-capsules 2 times a day during or after each main meal, taken with a little water.
