Hericium : Medicinal edible mushroom, due to its appearance it has been given several names, such as pom pom mushroom or monkey head.

Turmeric : Herbaceous, perennial plant, of which the rhizome is mainly used. It is currently also used in Italian cuisine.

Melissa : The parts used are mainly the leaves, but also the flowers and stems, collected immediately before or during flowering. It was considered the women's plant, for its relaxing functions. It is rich in rosmarinic acid; it is used both to promote digestive functions and to regulate intestinal motility and eliminate gas.

Caraway : The fruits have a pungent flavor similar to anise and an aroma that derives from the essential oils they contain. The dry extract regulates intestinal motility and digestive function.

Tyndallized B. bifidum : According to the WHO definition, probiotics are "organisms which, administered in adequate quantities, bring a benefit to the health of the host". They are the residents of our intestine, an important gateway to the body.
