Vitamin C from chewable Acerola is a natural Vitamin C supplement obtained from Acerola, a plant native to Central America. Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system, thus promoting the body's natural defenses and, thanks to its antioxidant action, protects cells from oxidative stress. WHEN TO USE IT
It can be useful for elderly people, for those who live or work in polluted environments, for smokers (according to some studies, a cigarette "burns" from 25 to 100 mg of Vitamin C).
Smoking, alcohol, coffee, pollution, stress, but also very intense physical activity contribute to lowering endogenous Vitamin C levels and limiting its absorption. In all these cases it may be useful to supplement the quantity of Vitamin C normally taken in the diet.
HOW TO USE IT
1-2 tablets a day between meals.
