Spirulina is a food capable of effectively combating tiredness and exhaustion thanks to the high presence of vitamins, in particular those of group B. The high protein content gives it satiating properties, also useful for those who want to follow a controlled diet, without affect lean mass. It is a powerful food suitable for everyone, it gives a lot of energy and is particularly suitable for periods of intense intellectual and physical activity, to combat inflammation, to rebalance blood pressure and to integrate vegetarian and vegan diets.
It is a single-celled, spiral-shaped microalgae with a blue-green color that reproduces in water thanks to photosynthesis. It has been present on our planet for more than 3.5 billion years. The Aztecs extracted it from the lakes of the Anahuacusata Valley and called it "The food of the gods". In fact, it is one of the most complete and balanced foods in nature.
In recent years, spirulina has acquired even more importance, also thanks to the nominations received by the UN (1974) and the WHO which, respectively, defined it as "Food of the future" and "Best food of the 21st century". More recently, NASA turned the spotlight on this micro-algae, including it in the astronauts' diet.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE: Taking Spirulina is recommended for those with a low-protein diet, for athletes, in case of exhaustion, stress, decreased attention span, anemia and for those who want to lose weight.
