Originally from India, ginger was one of the first spices to arrive in Europe and to be greatly appreciated for its particular fresh and spicy taste. Erbamea has combined the ginger rhizome with lemon fruits in practical filter sachets, to be used to prepare an infusion with a strong flavor and enveloping aroma, a pleasant drink after meals or at any time of the day.
Recommendations for use
To prepare an excellent infusion, pour boiling water into a cup (about 150 ml), place a filter bag and let it rest for 5-8 minutes. Cover the container to avoid dispersing the more volatile substances. Before removing the filter sachet, press it lightly with the back of the teaspoon. Use one sachet per cup. The infusion can be sweetened to taste with sugar or honey.
Store in a cool, dry place and away from heat sources.
